Dying intermediate Organic sulfonate compounds are important fine chemical raw materials, it was used in printing and dying industry, liquid industry and so many industrial process. This wastewater with high COD value, high colority and complex ingredients feature, it is hard to biodegrade, most with salt and strong alkali or strong acid property. H acid and DSD acid are important dye intermediate, also are typical sulfonate compounds, Industrial wastewater discharged during the production is hard biodegrade system, high toxicity and colority.

Centrifugal Extractor Working Pinciple:
1.Mixing and mass transfer process:
Light and heavy liquor enter in the annulus mixed zone proportionally and from two different feed pipe orifice respectively, which formed by bowl and shell, with the help of bowl’s rotation, the two phases through turbine disc and impeller mixing and dispersing quickly, after mass transfer completely, to finish mass transfer process.
 
2.Two phases separation process
With the eddy-current disc help, mixture enter in bowl, at the compartment formed by board, the mixture is quickly synchronized with the bowl, under the action of centrifugal force, the larger density liquor moving away from the bowl center to the wall gradually in the upward flow; and the small density liquor doing the opposite, after clarification, two liquids enter into collection chamber with their own weir plate respectively, and drawn out by tigella, to finish the separation process.

●  Two phase materials contact with short time, and save extraction agent consumption and save cost;

●  High mass transfer rate, high stage efficiency, convenient start and stop, it can not break balance when stopped.

●  Cover small area, the cost of comprehensive investment is low.

●  Well-adapted, good flexibility, with intermittent operation, or single operation, or continuous counter current operation, and there is no need to add interstage pump.
