Centrifugal extractor, as a new, fast and highly efficient liquid-liquid extraction separation equipment, it is different from traditional extraction machine such as mixer settler, extraction tank. Centrifugal extractor uses motor driving bowl to reach high speed, two liquid that different densities and mutually immiscible complete mixing under the shear force generated by the rotation of bowl or blade, and separated rapidly under the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of bowl.

Working Process:
1. Mixing and mass transfer process
Light phase and heavy phase liquid enter the mixing zone from two inlets, mixed and separated rapidly, and complete the liquid mixing.
2. Separation process
Mixed liquid enter the drum under the action of the feeder, in the drum chamber formed by spokes,, rotating together with the drum synchronously, heavy phase liquid run away from the drum center to wall while light phase liquid run away from the wall to drum center under the centrifugal force, the extracted liquid enter collecting chamber from its weir and flow out from exit.

1.Suspension system: it adopted unique suspension structure, centrifugal extractor bowl could adjust center of gravity by itself when high speed rotation, stable operation
2.Shell: Shell material’s choose according to customer’s requirement, resistance of strong acid and base and most of organic solvent corrosion.
3.Drum: It is a core part of centrifugal extractor, to introduce mixed liquid, centrifugal separation and the lead out of two phase liquids after separation.
4.Mixing device: It is a new mixing device with out self-development, not only reduce the power consumption greatly and ensure the mixing and mass transfer effect (Patent number: 2014202173566), improved the single stage extraction rate and avoided of emulsion effectively in extraction system.

2.Suspension type structure, no bottom bearing in process area, no mechanical seal, no leakage risk, easy to maintain, and lower labour strength greatly.
3.A variety of mixed structures can be selected , applied to easily emulsifying system, mix thoroughly and high efficiency
4.Automatic working, more capacity with lower consumption(1/3~1/10 power consumption of traditional extractor annular space type, at the same condition.)
5.Equipment’s material are perfluorinated polymer materials, corrosion resistance to strong sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, mixed acid.
6.Suitable to intermittent and continuous working.
7.It needn’t to dismantle motor or bearing when changed heavy phase parts, simple and easy operation
8.Liquids stay in a short time, less residual, heavy phase or liquid phase could achieve internal recycling
9.Every extractor is roughly equivalent to a theoretical extractor, short equilibrium time

3. Above flux is under ideal condition, ratio of oil and water is their flux sum when 1:1
