The waste mother liquor obtained after filtration is H-acid production wastewater with high concentration, high acidity, high salinity and high color. Long-term experiments have shown that extraction is a more suitable method for treating H-acid wastewater. Solvent extraction is suitable for treating wastewater with high biotoxicity, high organic matter concentration, and COD that is difficult to biodegrade. - Extraction section
Centrifugal extractor is used to treat H-acid wastewater, employing a complex extraction method and a two-stage cross-flow extraction process. After pH adjustment of the H-acid wastewater, the extractant and waste mother liquor are injected into the centrifugal extractor in a specific ratio. Mixing and mass transfer occur within the extractor, and the centrifugal force separates the naphthalenesulfonic acid organic compounds from the wastewater. - Stripping Section
The stripping section adopts a first-stage cross-current stripping to separate the high-concentration stripping liquid, and the stripping liquid is concentrated in the subsequent process to produce naphthalene-based water reducer.
