The CWL50-M centrifugal extractor adopts an advanced annular-gap top-suspension design, with the rotor drum supported from the top. This eliminates bottom bearings and mechanical seals in the processing zone, fundamentally preventing the leakage risks commonly found in traditional equipment, and significantly enhancing operational safety and reliability. Its core working principle is based on the strong centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, enabling rapid liquid–liquid mixing and mass transfer, followed by instantaneous phase separation. The equipment has a processing capacity of 5–50 L/h, with a footprint of just 0.4 m × 0.37 m, featuring a compact structure that is easy to integrate into existing process systems.
